The world of science fiction has held a special place in our hearts since childhood.
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) December 31, 2013
Go Social Film Magazine is ringing in the new year with a lineup of award-winning international science fiction short films and exclusive interviews with their creators. Each monthly issue of the digital magazine features entire short films streamed to readers, along with in-depth filmmaker interviews exploring the production backstory of each film. The December/January issue of Go Social Film celebrates the Sci-Fi genre with three stories exploring time - the past, present, and the possible future.
“The world of science fiction has held a special place in our hearts since childhood. We are excited to pay tribute to this beloved genre with this first part of a two-part series dedicated to science fiction shorts.” -Jason Rogan, Artistic Director, Go Social Film Magazine
The hand-picked selection of award winning films presented begins with "Record/Play" by Jesse Atlas, a haunting love story that spans time and space with the help of an unlikely time travel device, a tape cassette player. Mark Slutsky’s "The Decelerators" asks the question, what would you do if you could freeze your life and live the perfect moment for eternity? And in "From The Future With Love", K. Michel Parandi shares his vision of a future New York City in a gritty tale of cops and robbers.
The second installment of Go Social Film’s science fiction two-part edition will be released in January 2014.
