The name change also comes at a time of significant growth and expanded offerings for the company. Having begun in 2007 as a telecom management company focused primarily on facilitating carrier installations, Juvo now offers a variety of telecom and IT related services. During 2013 alone, the company brought on seven new customers just within the rural health care industry. The name change comes at a time when the telecommunications industry as a whole is seeing significant shifts as well. Stated co-founder Bryan Schroder, “Our industry used to be characterized by auditing bills and ensuring carriers weren’t overcharging for their services. This was in many ways a re-active process. Now, with the convergence of IT and telecom, we can pro-actively help customers manage everything from their wireless program to their native data base applications.”
