Anderson Direct Marketing Named Top Workplace in San Diego

Union Tribune partnered with Workplace Dynamics, an employee survey company, to conduct a contest over the summer available to businesses all around San Diego. The task of this competition was to send out company satisfaction surveys to all employees of participating companies, and in this effort find the best employers in San Diego. Thirty-five percent of current associates in the business had to partake in the survey in order to qualify for the contest. ADM employees went above and beyond that minimum number with over half of ADM associates participating.

Even with the rapid growth, ADM currently has 150 employees, 34% have been at the company for over ten years and 62% have been with the company for over five.
