Unanet, a developer of services automation software that helps project-based organizations manage people and projects for improved efficiency and effectiveness, announced that its recently launched Knowledge Center continues to grow rapidly, both in content and in customer usage.

The Unanet Knowledge Center is an online resource for customers built and maintained by Unanet’s Professional Services team. Content on over 150 topics is updated every month and focuses on customer scenarios and best-practices for product usage. Customers can find answers to Frequently Asked Questions, white papers, usage guides and many detailed recorded webinars.

The Knowledge Center can be used with other Unanet programs which are offered to ensure customer success, including implementation consulting, dedicated account managers, live Helpdesk, an annual customer conference, regional cluster meetings, a LinkedIn Group, and bi-weekly webinars on a range of topics. There is a webinar scheduled for January 23rd 2014 which will provide a tour of the Knowledge Center and other helpful resources.

In addition to online resources, Unanet provides structured training through Unanet University, for customers who prefer to learn in a classroom setting and through Partner Certification, for customers and partners who are interested in implementing the product. Additionally, Unanet University has introduced a Team training registration option, which gives a 50% discount to any organization’s second attendee.
