In addition to helping non-profits year-round and during the 2013 holiday season, we're also showing people that we're capable of offering the genuine support other call centers lack.

For years now, XACT Telesolutions has been helping non-profit organizations throughout the country reach a bigger audience, free of charge or at heavily discounted rates. By offering various non-profits its popular inbound and outbound telephone services, the call center solution center is freeing up vital resources within non-profits and ensuring exceptional service and outreach.

One of the organizations XACT Telesolutions is offering complimentary telephone support to is Meals on Wheels of Portland and Friendswood, TX. According to Kathy Gray, Director of Business Development at XACT Telesolutions, the service XACT is providing enables residents of these communities to contact Meals on Wheels through XACT and coordinate the delivery of hot meals to the disabled, ill and elderly living in the Greater Houston area.

"We're also providing our services to Operation Stephens Touch of Arlington, Texas, at a dramatic discount," said Gray. "What's great about helping Operation Stephens Touch is that our company is opening itself up to the great amount of opportunities beyond customer service. With a service like the one we're providing to Operation Stephens, our team uses the power of compassion to enhance the lives of grief-stricken individuals."

Operation Stephens Touch is a free, compassionate, listening service available to members of grieving military families. This non-profit organization connects spouses, parents and siblings of military personnel who died in the line of duty with trained listeners who help them grieve properly and deal with emotions in a healthy way. These trained listeners are called Stephen Ministers.

In addition to helping these non-profits during the 2013 holiday season and into the future, XACT Telesolutions will also be performing outbound dialing for the National Kidney Foundation of Maryland’s Baltimore Kidney Walk in 2014. Other walks the call center will be supporting include the Delaware Walk, Salisbury Walk, and Western Maryland Walk. For the walks, XACT Telesolutions' goal is to get confirmation from the walks' 2013 participants that they’re participating in the 2014 walks. The team at XACT will also provide 2013's participants with answers to any questions they have.

Speaking about the call center's complimentary and discounted services, Lynn Fick, President of XACT Telesolutions, said: "In addition to helping non-profits year-round and during the 2013 holiday season, we're also showing people that we're capable of offering the genuine support other call centers lack. While our main mission here is to help these amazing organizations, XACT benefits in the process by displaying its well-roundedness and sincere approach."
