In the interview, Reynolds shared how important it is to reflect on 2013 as he looked at the year himself, considering what he accomplished and where he came up short. Reynolds says, "By setting goals, you are more likely to be successful."
On top of setting yearly goals, Reynolds explained that he also chooses to to set life goals of things he never experienced in a specific city. While he has traveled all over the world experiencing the most amazing life events, there’s still much that he still chooses to accomplish.
Reynolds revealed that his major goal is to impact 1 billion people and assist them in transforming their life, health and prosperity. He desires to also help others through giving. One of the goals Reynolds shared with our audience was to lose 10 pounds and gain 10 pounds of muscle in the next 90 days.
“What I like about our challenge is that there is always a new challenge,” Reynolds said.
Reynolds also talked about what drives him to stay healthy, the Visalus products how they work, and the two top resolutions for New Year's (lose weight and make more money) and how to accomplish them.
“Our body is our temple. We are able to become better workers, better friends, and better people by being healthy.”
