Putting people first is at the core of our existence, and this extends not only to the team members we hire, but the partners and resources we work with.

Scottsdale, Arizona (PRWEB) January 06, 2014

“Investment in people is the single most important decision you can make for a company of any size,” says Jay Feitlinger, CEO. “Putting people first is at the core of our existence, and this extends not only to the team members we hire, but the partners and resources we work with.”

StringCan Interactive is a strategic digital marketing agency that was founded in 2010 by digital marketing fanatic and serial entrepreneur, Jay Feitlinger. With so much noise in the digital landscape, StringCan Interactive was created specifically to solve complex business problems through digital marketing. This requires a “strategy first, tactics second” approach that is not typical of most agencies. This unique methodology is reflected in a culture that fosters critical analysis, creativity, and innovation.

“Not only is it a tight-knit culture with perks that are unusual for a company of our size, but the mentorship and personal growth is what truly makes StringCan different,” says Alix Parker, a Digital Strategist at StringCan. “From Jay on down throughout the rest of the team, there is an open-door, grow together, anything-goes culture that helps us deliver the best possible results for our clients.”

This distinct approach to marketing seems to be resonating with its clients, as StringCan Interactive is not only 18 months ahead of its projected goals, but continues to grow its revenues and resources at an exponential pace. “Currently, our biggest challenge is not how to grow the business,” says Feitlinger, “but how to maintain our culture and our unique recipe for success as we grow rapidly from infancy into adolescence as a company.”
