NorthStar Alarm Services Launches "Resolve to Give Back" Challenge That Encourages Random Acts of Kindness in 2014

NorthStar Alarm commits to give back to the community this year and issues a challenge to customers to do the same through random acts of kindness.

NorthStar Alarm is starting off 2014 on the right foot by launching the "Resolve to Give Back” challenge, a campaign designed to extend the reach of random acts of kindness throughout the world. The "Resolve to Give Back" challenge asks NorthStar customers to do random acts kindness throughout the month of January, and then post about them on the NorthStar Facebook page to spread ideas of ways to show kindness. NorthStar is giving a free year of monitoring to a randomly selected winner from the pool of participants. In addition, NorthStar has set a goal to do random acts of kindness as a company company itself, every month for the rest of the year.

"One of our core values is service and though we participate in organized service opportunities regularly, we wanted to extend our reach,” said Jason Christensen, President of NorthStar Alarm Services. “Some people are intimidated to jump into organized service opportunities, but random acts of kindness can be done by anyone, anywhere.
