Through the end of November, 2013, sales of attached homes totaled 1,551 units, a 21 percent increase over the same 11 month period in 2012. For that same time period, the median sales price for an attached home in those areas was $340,000 in 2013, up from $285,000 a year earlier, a 19 percent increase.
