Just 3 Miles from MetLife Stadium, Farm-to-Table Restaurant Offers Special Event Line-up for the Big Game
Carlstadt, NJ (PRWEB) January 07, 2014 -- Next month football fans from around the country will descend upon New Jersey in search of the “true” Garden State. Offering a local twist on farm-to-table, Terre à Terre, located literally within arm’s throw of the MetLife Stadium, will feature a full line-up of events celebrating
the Big Game.
Terre à Terre sources most of its foods from within a 300-miles radius of its Bergen County location. “While we try to stay as local as possible, we are willing to go a few extra miles to get a special product we just can’t get in the immediate area,” says Chef Owner Todd Villani. “Using local food products allows us to find good quality items and know first-hand how those items are grown or raised. That good quality is passed on to our customers in great flavors, freshness and quality.”
With a focus on celebrating New Jersey’s agricultural heritage, Terre à Terre is organizing the following special events in addition to its regular weekday schedule:
- Daily lunches starting Monday, January 27; served from 11:30 – 2:oo p.m.
- Cooking Demonstration: on Tuesday, January 28. Join Chef for a Football Survival Skills cooking demonstration at 7:00 p.m.
- Pre-Game Brunch Binge: Visit Terre à Terre on game day to get your fill before the Big Game.
