Black Shopping Channel (BSC) began airing in over 14,000,000 DISH Network subscriber homes 24 hours per day, 7 days per week on January 6, 2014. Contracts have been signed and completed between DISH Network and BSC. The Channel assignment is Channel 221.

BSC’s CEO, Cleveland Gary (Gary), met with DISH Network’s, Ken Clark, recently to execute contracts. Additionally, Ken Clark stated that DISH Network is very pleased and excited to be the company airing the first urban television shopping channel. The acquisition of Channel Assignment on DISH Network will bring BSC to a total of 29,500,000 homes. DISH Network Corporation, through its subsidiary DISH Network L.L.C., provides approximately 14,050,000 satellite TV customers, as of Sept. 30, 2013, with the highest quality programming and technology with the most choices at the best value.

BSC will begin new branding/marketing campaigns to expand viewership in existing markets globally. The aggressive branding campaign will drive viewers to the acquired channels in the new markets, thus expanding sales as consumers begin gaining awareness of BSC. All these factors are anticipated to drive sales and revenues of the Company to higher levels.
