January 1, 2014– Cincinnati based RDI Marketing Services announced the acquisition of OnCall Interactive, a Chicago, IL based digital marketing firm. RDI has agreed to acquire all of the technology assets, clients, and retain all of the employees of OnCall for an undisclosed sum.
The current OnCall management team and employees will continue their operations in downtown Chicago.
“OnCall has built a solid reputation in digital marketing and pioneered some of the platforms that have shaped the digital industry. Their services will help RDI continue to deepen its client relationships and expand our offering into the digital space. We are assembling the pieces to provide a very unique mix of marketing, technology and customer engagement services, and Oncall is a critical piece of our puzzle,” RDI's CEO Bronson Trebbi said in a news release. “We’re really excited to start showcasing OnCall’s capabilities as we continue helping client companies grow and thrive.”
OnCall Interactive specializes in digital marketing offering a unique blend of strategy, design, and development for some of the world’s leading brands including Nike and McDonald's.

This marks RDI’s 4th acquisition in the past 3 years.
