Intertech, a leading software development consulting and training company, today announced a new promotion to encourage new followers on Twitter. Beginning Jan. 8, 2014, the first 500 Intertech followers on Twitter who re-tweet the promotion message will be entered in a random drawing for $50 Amazon gift cards. The drawing will occur after 500 unique retweets have occurred (one retweet per Twitter user).
Intertech will give away five $50 gift cards as part of the promotion, which is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Twitter or Amazon. When entering this giveaway, participants release and indemnify Twitter, Amazon and Intertech from all liability. Prizes are sponsored solely by Intertech.
Entries will be in the form of retweets only. Entries will be verified and winners contacted directly by Brafton, a social media engagement vendor working on Intertech’s behalf. Winners will need to claim prizes within 24 hours of the giveaway ending.
Information collected in this promotion is not collected by Twitter or Amazon, but entrants do consent to Intertech and Brafton using their information to select a winner. Winners names will be displayed on Twitter (via Intertech tweets) and on the Intertech website when campaign concludes. This promotion is limited to adults age 21 and over. No Intertech or Brafton employees or family members are eligible to participate in this promotion.
