Airtel Money subscribers who receive Omanye Money Transfer transactions in their MobileMoney account will be able to use the funds to pay bills or make cardless ATM cash withdrawals at any Fidelity Bank ATMs and 2,5000 Airtel agents across Ghana.
Omanye Money account holders who receive Airtel Money transactions in their account will be able to use the funds to pay bills, send international top ups, shop online, transfer money internationally or withdraw at ATM and agents locations across the world.
TO SEND MONEY BY SMS TO AIRTEL MONEY, customers will text: "Te2A*sender account number*amount*receiver airtel mobile number*sender's security code" to: +44 2033 222 695/+1 202 601 3949. Transactions by SMS can only be effected from the mobile phone number linked to the customer's Omanye Account.
TO SEND MONEY BY IVR TO AIRTEL MONEY, customers will call +44 2033 222 695/+1 202 601 3949 and press '5' on the dial pad and follow the voice instructions. Transactions by IVR can only be effected from the mobile phone number linked to the customer's Omanye Account.
To transfer funds online or from the Omanye Money mobile site, Omanye Money customers log in to their OmanyeMoney account; then, from the Omanye Account Menu, select 'Send Money,' 'Send Money to Airtel Money,' enter beneficiary's Airtel phone number, amount and submit to complete transfer.
Non customers can sign up online or by texting 'signup' to, or calling, +44 2033 222695 or +1 202 601 3949 (US and Canada) and pressing '3' on the dial pad when prompted.
