2014 Poised to be Promising Year for the Industry

Boardroom Communications, one of South Florida's largest public relations firms, has announced several new clients for the New Year. The firm specializes in professional services and has extensive experience in the real estate, legal, banking and finance, retail, hospitality and nonprofit industries.

Included in Boardroom’s new real estate client list are:

  •     The Peninsula on the Intracoastal: located in Boynton Beach, this property offers 70 waterfront condominiums and townhomes.
  •     Terrazas River Park Village: located in the Miami River District, this 324-unit riverfront property hosts panoramic views of the South Florida skyline and luxury amenities. Schooner Bay, Abaco, Bahamas: this eco-friendly, beachfront property is inspired by the culture-rich history of the Bahamas and will have 450 home sites, many with prime oceanfront property.
  •     151 at Biscayne: the first two residential towers that will be part of the greater Biscayne Landing master-planned community, which will completely transform an entire section of North Miami. IStar Residential recently launched the sales of its 160 residences within the towers and has engaged the DevStar Group to manage the repositioning, marketing and sales.

Other client additions include Interiors by Steven G. and the Association of Retail Environments.

Boardroom president Julie Talenfeld says the strategic media and marketing agency's recent rapid growth has been fueled by the comeback of the luxury real estate market.

Last year, the South Florida Business Journal ranked Boardroom No. 6 on its list of the Top 25 largest public relations firms in South Florida. The agency's revenues were over $2.4 million this past year.
