Heritage Congratulates 2013 Hall Of Fame Inductees
Wake Forest & Rolesville, NC (PRWEB) January 07, 2014 -- The master-planned community of Heritage in Wake Forest and Rolesville, NC congratulates 16 real estate agents for induction into the 2013 Heritage Hall of Fame. To be included in the prestigious list, agents must sell a minimum of three homes in the community within a calendar year to be included. This is the ninth induction for Jamie McGuire of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston. He is the only agent to be included in the Hall of Fame every year since its inception in 2005.
The community was one of the top-selling in the region in 2013 with 209 homes sales. The Heritage Hall of Fame agents sold 61 homes this year. This takes a coordinated effort from many people in the real estate community, including agents who bring buyers to Heritage. Together this group of agents and the on-site sales team from Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Walston Builder Services have driven strong new home sales in the community.
