East Troy, WI (PRWEB) January 09, 2014

Wisconsin Oven Corporation celebrates its 40-year anniversary by breaking ground on its new 30,000-square-foot addition. The facility will be suited for making massive equipment to serve the automotive, aerospace, mining, and energy industries. Wisconsin Oven has experienced record growth year after year since 2005. After a setback in 2009 due to the recession, the company has again rebounded in the same manner every year since and report record shipments again in 2013. Dave Strand President and CEO credits a culture of champions for the impressive track record. “We are all in this together, we have a clear vision, we set goals, and we share results. Then we reward performances and celebrate big time as a team! Our customers tell us time and time again that we are the best in the business and our passion for customer service and satisfaction is unparalleled. We call this Work of Champions, which has the same acronym as Wisconsin Oven Corporation.” In fact every employee has our mission statement of acronyms memorized by heart—it reads:

At Wisconsin Oven Corporation, our Work of Champions will outperform competition and win our customers with ongoing commitment.

Some talk the talk, we WOC the walk!
