Veronica’s Treats to Celebrate Its 11th Anniversary
Middleboro (PRWEB) January 08, 2014 -- According to the Small Business Administration more than 52,000 businesses closed their doors for business, which is why representatives with Veronica’s Treats are glad to announce that the company is celebrating its 11th year anniversary this month.
“It has truly been a blessing to be able to serve our customers for 11 years,” said Hillary Souza, president and CEO of Veronica’s Treats. “We truly love what we do and it has been an absolute honor to provide our customers with delicious treats.”
As to how the company started, in January 2003, Souza decided to start a novel enterprise to distribute her popular, freshly baked photo cookies more widely and borrowed the name of her daughter, Veronica, to introduce Veronica's Treats.
Souza created a website to market her photo cookies, brownies and edible gifts on the Internet.
After experiencing success, in January, 2006 Veronica's Treats moved into a space double the size of its original Bridgewater, MA location.
“There is now a staff of 11 to keep up with demand,” Souza said, before adding, “All of Veronica's Treats are made from the best quality ingredients and we insist on standards of the highest quality.”
Veronica’s Treats, according to Souza, is a creative artisan bakery specializing in: Photo cookies, logo cookies, decorated and chocolate covered Oreos, cake pops (veronicastreats.com/cake-pops), cake truffles, decorated brownies and a variety of unique delicious gifts and favors.
Veronica’s Treats has had its products featured twice on the Today Show- Rachael Ray's snack of the day, and written about in several major publications, including: Good Housekeeping and In Style Magazine.
The company’s treats have been used in celebrity gift baskets (veronicastreats.com/gift-baskets) for: Celine Dion, Ellen Degeneres, Jessica Simpson, and have been included in SWAG bags for the Oscar, Emmy, MTV Music and Movie Awards, SAG and the Golden Globe Awards.
The company, according to Souza, main focus is on unique made-to-order baked goods and confections with a huge focus on excellent, personalized, and responsive customer service.
As to why anyone should give Veronica’s Treats a try in celebration of its 11th year anniversary, Souza said, “There’s something for everyone, and the prices are very economical.”
