Title Alliance of Maine Announces New Upper Management Appointments
Media, PA (PRWEB) January 09, 2014 -- Title Alliance Ltd, a leading RESPA-compliant title joint venture leader, announced today that it has added Kristine Paolino Taylor Esq. as President and Amy E. Devine as Operations Manager of Title Alliance of Maine in Portland, Maine. Last month, Title Alliance announced the opening of Title Alliance of Maine, the company’s first venture in Maine and the 18th venture with Keller Williams.
Kristine Paolino Taylor Esq., the newly appointed president of the full-service title company, is a veteran of the title insurance industry and has been a title attorney for over 10 years. She brings extensive experience in a variety of areas including handling both commercial and residential real estate closings from start to finish: abstracting the titles, processing, resolving title issues and performing closings.
Taylor is a 2001 graduate of University of Maine School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor Degree, and Cum Laude from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1996 where she received her Bachelor of Arts.

As the newly appointed operations manager of Title Alliance of Maine, Amy Devine will utilize her over 15 years of experience in the title business industry with an expertise in both commercial and residential transactions. From her years of experience, she is a specialist in handling processing, banking, finances, post-closing and marketing.
“Since Amy and I have been in the title industry for over 28 years combined, it affords us the ability to handle the closing transactions from start to finish, thus adding a more personal touch,” said Taylor. “We will both be processing and closing deals, and in addition I will be abstracting titles and curing title defects so potential issues can be resolved quickly.”
Beginning February 1, Title Alliance of Maine will be available as a full-service title company offering a range of services including title and escrow needs for the public, the construction industry, attorneys, banks, real estate, and other lenders. The company will offer title insurance, preparation of closing costs, payoffs, title searches, assistance with coordinating and preparing closing papers, 1031 exchanges to defer capital gains, disbursement of mortgage funds, and act as a notary public.
