95 Percent of MRI’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Clients Upgrade to MRI 4.5

Within the first month of its availability, over 300 MRI SaaS Clients upgraded to the latest version, enabling numerous clients to enjoy enhanced Web capabilities and an improved user experience. Now, in just four months since its release, nearly 95 percent of MRI’s SaaS client base has transitioned to 4.5, which is the most rapid migration to a new version of MRI’s property management solution in MRI history.
Incorporating past client feedback, the platform is centered around improving the customer experience via increased functionality and usability within MRI’s highly configurable system. With a strategically heavy emphasis on the Property Management Web interface, the company now offers additional modules that can function in the Web-based environment, enabling clients to access their vital data from anywhere with a working internet connection. MRI 4.5 is beneficial to both multifamily and commercial clients, as Residential Management, Commercial Management, MRI Tenant Connect, MRI Resident Connect, and Budgeting & Forecasting have all received multiple enhancements.
