Vonlay Announces Consulting Engagement with Contra Costa County Health Services
Madison, WI (PRWEB) January 14, 2014 -- Vonlay, LLC, a full service healthcare consulting firm with extensive Epic Systems experience, announced today the company has signed a consulting engagement with Contra Costa County Health Services (CCHS), headquartered in Martinez, CA with multiple facilities located throughout the county. Contra Costa is a suburban county in the San Francisco Bay Area with a population of over one million.
CCHS is the county’s largest department, employing more than 3,500 individuals, and is an integrated health system, providing healthcare services, community health improvement and environmental protection. The health system’s mission is to provide high quality care and improve the health of all people in the county with special attention to those who are most vulnerable to health problems.
Vonlay has been engaged by CCHS to support the health system’s Epic 2012 upgrade; CCHS will work closely with Vonlay as the company provides maintenance and back fill support. Additionally, Vonlay is providing support for the health system’s transition to ICD-10. Vonlay will also support CCHS in their development of upgrade best practices and standards.
