QuickMedical Launches the New Heightronic 235D Digital Stadiometer

QuickMedical was founded in 1993 with only one product-- the Heightronic 235 digital stadiometer. The original Heightronic stadiometer quickly became known as the gold standard in height measurement. The Heightronic 235 was considered so precise and accurate it was used by the CDC in various clinical studies. In late 2011 QuickMedical launched the first Heightronic update-- the Heightronic 235A digital stadiometer, utilizing the same electronic sensor system as the original 235, but with added features for ease of use and calibration, including a new headpiece.
The latest enhancement-- the Heightronic 235D-- expands upon the original design with a new easy-glide, pressure sensitive headpiece. This headpiece automatically captures measurement at a pre-determined downward pressure on contact with the patient's head.

The Heightronic 235D stadiometer has a wired USB interface as well as wireless Bluetooth and Wi-Fi module options for EMR. The wireless modules can be easily installed or even changed in the field to meet the facility's height measurement requirements.
The stadiometer's lubricant free easy-glide digital headpiece is now easier to move along the scale. The full-length stadiometer can measure virtually infinite height ranges when calibrated with the new extended calibration tool. The Heightronic 235D maintains the original stadiometer's gold standard digital accuracy and precision and does not require baseboard removal for installation. The 235D Heightronic stadiometer is virtually maintenance-free. Calibration is quickly and easily verified with the push of a button.
