A panel of specialty food professionals and industry influencers chose Rubin out of 66 nominees across the three categoris for going ‘above and beyond’ in advancing food standards in society and society itself by creating social, economic and environmental impact through innovation and vision.

Each year, the Specialty Food Association recognizes business leaders in three categories (Citizenship, Business Leadership and Vision) whose work is exceptional in these arenas:

  • Professionalism
  • Transparency
  • Practices and business models
  • Advancing food standards
  • Championing positive role of food in society
