Sentry Management, Inc., the leader in homeowner association and condominium management concluded the merger with Atrium Community Association Management, based in Englewood Florida. The new office has begun the changeover and will officially be renamed Sentry Management. Sentry operates in eleven states serving nearly 1,700 communities.
Julie Mercier, the founder of Atrium, built the firm into a well-known and respected community association management company primarily operating in Charlotte and Sarasota Counties. “The technology of Sentry and their ability to provide sophisticated administrative support to our communities was what caused me to start discussing how we could work together,” says Ms. Mercier. “This change over will allow us to offer local communities even better customer service and responsiveness. Our associations are the real winners.”
Howard Pomp, CEO of Sentry Management points out “communities and Board members maintain their relationship with the local Atrium office, now Sentry Management. Our single-minded approach is on superior long-term service to the associations we manage and the homeowner’s who reside in them.”
The service area for this Sentry office is the southern portions of Sarasota County and all of Charlotte County Florida. Major cities and communities include Englewood, Boca Grande and Venice as well as North Port, Port Charlotte and Grove City.
