“Vision 21 is an opportunity for those interested in the latest developments relative to digital impression systems to hear directly from the key players on trends on both the laboratory and clinical side with this important and emerging technology. It brings attendees a comprehensive look at the trends impacting dentists and will provide a clear insight on how to plan the dental lab business operations to be on the right side of the trend line. Attendees will hear from tried and true subject matter experts from within the dental laboratory industry as well as respected futurists. Vision 21 is scheduled to conclude on a high note with tools to enable dental lab owners and managers to go back and motivate their workforce to not only cope with change, but harness it. The closing session will focus on the next big ‘game changer’ for dentistry being digital printing. Hear from one of the key companies influencing the market on the unlimited applications that can be achieved in the dental laboratory arena,” NADL.
The event is held at Ceasars Palace in the exhibit halls. Attendees and sponsors from all over North America come to connect, learn and get inspired for 2014. It is a great opportunity for dental laboratories and dental lab suppliers to work together to start the year with a positive, energetic collaboration. Many of the presentations go towards CE credits (Continuing Education) that go to maintaining certified dental technician status. The event draws key players in the industry and will also see the reception of the new NADL president, Gary Iocco.
Evident and Gary Iocco have worked together with the NADL to provide a quick and easy solution to the State legislative requirement to provide manufacturing origin and materials disclosure on the dental lab invoice.
Gary Iocco, President Elect of the NADL says, “The Evident software program has many benefits for our laboratory, some of which are purely cost savings by not having to purchase a $4000 server, the cloud feature is wonderful, access from anywhere. The lab-end lets us have any report we can think of, helps us comply with the FDA laws on material content and lot number tracking. As of Jan 1, 2013 any lab doing business with doctors in Minnesota must supply country of origin and material content with every case. Evident makes our life easier, and working with these folks is great.”
