Senior Business Development Manager promoted to Vice President

WhiteGlove Health has appointed Michael Roeder as Vice President of Business Development and Customer Relations., for the company’s Corporate Division that provides primary and acute care services to employers and health plans. The change occurs as another strategic step to continue WhiteGlove Health’s focus on delivering an excellent healthcare experience to its members.

The new role’s responsibilities will include leading sales efforts for employer businesses and health plans as well as leading ongoing customer relations/account management activities. WhiteGlove Health merges the two functions with the intention of creating a seamless relationship with customers.

Michael joined WhiteGlove Health in August 2012. Since then, he has successfully achieved significant customer growth through new sales in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Roeder has 17 years of experience and passion within the human resource and benefit administration outsourcing and consulting space. Michael led a sales team as a founding member of a knowledge management and decision support company until its successful acquisition 3 years later. Additionally he held management responsibilities at National Consulting firms AonHewitt (originally Hewitt Associates) and Mercer. These multiple accomplishments, along with his proven and successful track record at WhiteGlove Health, should prove to be a perfect foundation as he begins his new role.
