In addition to CDP, EDGE has a new, built-in Channel Analytics module that gives multi-channel merchants a 360-degree view of customer activities and order activities across all of their sales channels, including orders entered through websites, retail stores/customer service portals, marketplaces and any other channels the merchant may use.
