Davpack Continue to Set Standards in Packaging Supplies

Latest statistics show that an impressive 90% of customers have given Davpack an officially ‘perfect’ rating of five stars out of five, with another 8% describing their experience as ‘Good’ (four stars).

Those positive reviews on Trustpilot have now been backed up by a customer survey carried out by Davpack’s parent company, TAKKT, sent to all customers over a three-month period. Customers were asked to rate Davpack’s service in a number of areas, including delivery time, product quality and user-friendliness of the company’s internet site.

Out of the respondents, over 99% were either Satisfied or Very Satisfied with the delivery time, a result replicated exactly by the question about product quality. Meanwhile, 98.5% expressed the same levels of satisfaction regarding the usability of the company website.

Customers were also asked to make general comments. One described Davpack’s response to a delivery problem as “amazing”, while another said that the company’s customer service was “head and shoulders above the competition”.
