Embrace Home Loans welcomes Peter Cefaratti, Senior Loan Officer and recipient of the “Affiliate of the Year Award” to the recently launched Charlottesville branch. Although new to Embrace Home Loans, Cefaratti has played an active role in the real estate and mortgage community serving on the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors (CAAR) Public Affairs Group, attending the Virginia Association of Realtor Days on the Hill Meetings with Virginia Legislators and sponsoring various CAAR business and educational events. Cefaratti also supports the Charlottesville Branch of the Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC).
In addition to being an Advocate for the Real Estate industry Cefaratti is dedicated to his clientele providing financial guidance enabling his clients to safely secure financing to purchase homes and build their net worth over time. “Peter (Cefaratti) is extremely knowledgeable in the mortgage arena and ensures he stays up to date on all of the recent changes happening in our industry. With over 200 in the Real Estate community in attendance, Peter Cefaratti was honored with the “Affiliate of the Year Award” at the Realtors Annual Installation of Officers Award Breakfast.
