Dyn Recognized As One Of The Most Engaged Workplaces In The United States

"Our goal is to act as a force for better workplace cultures across any industry.” - Gray Chynoweth, COO of Dyn

Manchester, NH (PRWEB) January 14, 2014

Dyn, the worldwide leader in Internet performance solutions, announced today its recognition as one of the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in the United States. Earned in the past by companies like Zappos, Hubspot, Aflac, and HomeAway, the annual honor recognizes top employers that display leadership and innovation in engaging their workplaces.

“We’re thrilled to receive such recognition,” said Gray Chynoweth, Dyn Chief Operating Officer. “This award is a monument to the energy and passion that every individual brings with them daily to make Dyn a leader in employee culture as well as to the efforts of the management and culture teams. Our goal is to act as a force for better workplace cultures across any industry.”

Dyn will be honored alongside other award winners at an April 2, 2014, gala in San Francisco, California.

Achievers’ panel of 14 judges (made up of various academic and thought leaders on employee engagement) evaluated each applicant based on eight elements of employee engagement: communication, leadership, culture, rewards and recognition, professional and personal growth, accountability and performance, vision and values, and corporate social responsibility.

“We understand that employee engagement is not just a buzzword, but that engaged employees provide businesses with a unique competitive advantage,” said Patrick D. Quirk, Achievers CEO. “Companies that focus on employee success have better engagement and alignment with business objectives and company values. These companies serve as role models for other businesses to engage their own employees and build success.”

This award comes on the heels of a great 2013 for Dyn. The Internet performance solutions company was named to the Deloitte Technology Fast 500, won the New Hampshire Employment Leadership Award, which honors excellence in disability employment and practices, saw VP of Talent Colleen Karpinsky named as one of the NH Union Leader’s 40 Under 40, and was once again named a Most Democratic Workplace by WorldBlu.
