On Branding Profiles High Road Ice Cream In Latest Episode
(PRWEB) January 14, 2014 -- Brand Fever has launched a new episode of On Branding, this time featuring Atlanta-based High Road Ice Cream. The video is a deep-dive into the company’s founding and day-to-day operations that are raising the profile of the brand in regional Whole Foods stores, five star restaurants, and popular Las Vegas casinos.
High Road Ice Cream was founded by CEO Keith Schroeder in 2010, with a mission to sell ice cream by chefs, for chefs. Keith is a trained culinary professional and food educator, who oversees flavor development and consistency in every pint that’s produced at High Road. In keeping with the company’s human approach, he works intimately with restaurants to create ice creams that compliment their dessert offerings. Keith’s first book is set to publish with Cooking Light/Oxmoor House in late 2014. His wife, Nicki Schroeder, serves as Chief Marketing Officer, lending her expertise in branding and identity to High Road’s package design and integrated marketing campaigns. Nicki has worked with the J. Walter Thompson Agency, Coca-Cola, the Art Institute of Los Angeles, and received her Master of Arts in Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
On Branding’s host and producer, Amanda Serfozo, selected High Road for the show because of its local reputation for quality, as well as its excellence in package design.
“When Alton Brown and Oprah give praise to a neighborhood brand, On Branding’s mission is to listen,” she says. “We wanted our audience to understand how passionate, hands-on, and human Atlanta’s creatives in the food industry are, and High Road is a shining example of those traits personified in a beloved brand.”
The episode is available to watch on Brand Fever’s show page, as well as iTunes and Vimeo.
