Tom’s decades of CEO and board level experience in directing the growth of companies and in securing capital in the banking, renewable energy, retail, and technology sectors, has helped companies achieve profitability and positioning for strategic acquisition.
With over 30 years experience in the technology, financial services and consumer package industries, Phillip Swan has profitably led operations including Sales, Legal, Product Delivery, Professional Services, and HR at multiple companies. Phillip has a deep understanding of engineering, business development, sales, and sales management, allowing him to leverage his ability to think strategically while executing tactically to develop successful go-to-market plans for both existing and new markets.
