Zellerman (http://www.zellerman.com) is reinventing the way a luxury real estate brokerage operates to deliver an unparalleled level of service to both buyers and sellers. Zellerman is changing the rules by proactively recruiting the nation’s top agents, offering salary packages and benefits, assigning specific communities, and assuring their clients that each agent working in a designated community is well versed in everything that community has to offer. Jason Fox, Managing Broker at Zellerman states, "Atlanta is a hard city for regular agents to operate in as an agent is showing in Buckhead one day and Suwannee the next thus being an expert everywhere is nearly impossible and lends itself to being an expert nowhere. By employing the best agents and training them on specific communities we are able to offer a higher level of service which clients should expect." Fox believes this offering will lend itself to obtaining higher sales prices for sellers with shorter listing periods and educated buying decisions for buyers to ensure owing a home really is the American dream.
As Zellerman’s newest addition Power Broker Julie Chapman with sales averaging nearly 20 million dollars a year is bringing this specialized service to buyers and sellers in the exclusive Sugarloaf Country Club (http://www.sugarloafcountryclub.info) and legendary Country Club of the South (http://www.countryclubofthesouth.net).
