Hayes, Inc., a leader in promoting better health outcomes through the use of evidence, is pleased to announce that Dee Donatelli, Senior Vice President, Provider Services, will be a member of the speaking faculty at the World Congress 8th Annual Health Care Supply Chain Summit in Las Vegas, NV on January 28-29, 2014. Ms. Donatelli, a Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) with more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, is the current president of the Association of Healthcare Value Analysis Professionals (AHVAP), a Fellow of the Association for Healthcare Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM), and a member of AHRMM’s Annual Conference Education Committee. She will facilitate a roundtable discussion for healthcare executives on enhanced practices in value analysis and also will moderate a panel discussion entitled, Global Supply Chain: Recognize the Importance of Global Sourcing and Consider the Risks.
“This year’s World Congress focuses on strategies for balancing clinical outcomes with financial objectives, a timely topic, as saving money and improving patient outcomes are on the minds of every healthcare executive I know,” says Ms. Donatelli. “I’m looking forward to exchanging ideas, discussing challenges, and identifying better ways to evolve healthcare value analysis so that we are consistently using clinical data and metrics to improve financial and clinical results.”
To help supply chain and value-analysis professionals implement evidence-based value analysis practices, Hayes, Inc. has published a series of complimentary white papers that focus on evidence-based value analysis and its associated clinical and financial outcomes in its Resource Center.
“With our resources and support to incorporate patient outcomes and safety data into their purchasing processes, our clients have achieved remarkable and sustained cost savings,” comments Ms. Donatelli.
