CGTrader.com Brings 3D Printing Into Valentine’s Day

Designers are invited to create 3D printable items for Valentine’s Day 3D Printing Challenge - gifts, romantic souvenirs or anything related to the day of love.

The author of the best portfolio will be awarded with an Asterid Open Source 3D Printer. The authors of it claim that it is the “world’s first $499 fully assembled 3D printer with an 8x8x8 inches build volume”. The winner will also get 300 USD from CGTrader and valuable 3D printing prizes from iGo3D, 3D Print UK and Sculpteo. The winner of the best model will be awarded with 300 USD and 3D printing prizes. Runners-up will be awarded with other 3D printing prizes.
