WhatCounts, Inc., a privately held Atlanta-based digital marketing company, recently went live with the Winter 2014 release of its email marketing software (Professional and Publicaster Editions) which now includes bidirectional Salesforce.com integration for Publicaster Edition users. Salesforce users can now send an email campaign to contacts and leads using the WhatCounts platform and then report the results back into Salesforce, associating the results with the corresponding contacts and leads. The WhatCounts app has also been added to the Salesforce.com AppExchange.

Customers will also see a completely revamped user interface along with new features including a Relational Database feature that allows them to facilitate the modification and creation of relational tables. These tables let them store significantly more data and access it much faster than traditional databases.

The new Segmentation Rule Creator simplifies the process of creating a segmentation rule and makes it much more visual and easy to understand. Users simply drag the condition they want from the Conditions Library to the workspace and begin constructing their segmentation. They can work with several conditions at a time and have the ability to nest conditions within containers to create more specific rules.
