The Better Business Bureau rates companies on 16 criteria to compute its rating. Criteria include a business’s licensing, background information on the business including any honors it has received, the length of time it been in business, the volume of complaints, number of unresolved complaints, number of unanswered complaints, an analysis of overall complaints, and government actions against a business.
NJ MET also strives to be a good neighbor in the Clifton, NJ area. “We believe that we need to be a good corporate citizen and give back to the community – both locally and beyond,” said Joseph Federico.
