Qualis Health has signed a multi-year contract to provide utilization reviews and quality improvement activities for approximately 67,000 of the District’s Fee-for-Service Medicaid Program participants. The District’s Department of Health Care Finance provides healthcare for more than 200,000 eligible elderly and disabled individuals and eligible low-income pregnant women, children and parents.
