A cloud based online system that captures scheduling, booking and allocation management of test, development, pre-production environments and available on a subscription basis. A user can sign up to use TEBS within a few minutes from their website at http://www.testenvironmentsmanagement.com.
Other TEBS features include a chart that provides information on environment usage across a period of time, establishing trends, patterns, reporting on usage, availability, inter connectivity or interfacing environments, utilisation and conflict reporting etc.
TEBS also has a calendar feature which captures the weekly, monthly and yearly view of what environments are in use and for how long, to assist with overall capacity planning and computer resources allocation.
All the above features will assist, in reducing one of the major problems experienced across most IT Projects within the testing phase, such as test environments usage conflicts, version control, historical information on what has changed in a test or development environment and having a single (information) view of all test environments within an organisation.
