Greenberg Traurig Welcomes Experienced International Arbitration Shareholder Thomas R. Snider
WASHINGTON, D.C. (PRWEB) January 14, 2014 -- The international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP has added experienced international arbitration attorney Thomas R. Snider as shareholder in the firm’s litigation practice. Snider joins the firm from WilmerHale where he was a counsel. Snider will reside in the Washington, D.C. office and work closely with the firm’s Africa, Global and International Dispute Resolution practices.
Snider will focus his practice on international commercial arbitration, state-to-state arbitration, and international investment disputes.

Snider’s prior experience includes working as a resident attorney in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia as a member of the legal team that represented the government of Ethiopia before the Eritrea Ethiopia Claims Commission (EECC) from 2002 to 2004. The EECC was an international tribunal adjudicating state-to-state claims for injury, damage or loss due to an international armed conflict.
Snider is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as before the United States Supreme Court, US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia and the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
