SC&H Group Hosts Innovative Panel on Growing Tysons Corner’s Skyline To Mirror a Major U.S. City
BALTIMORE, MD (PRWEB) January 15, 2014 -- SC&H Group is hosting a unique panel of real estate trendsetters from industry and government to discuss key market-making developments in Tysons Corner on January 29th at the Ritz Carleton in McLean.
A main driver of this development, the Tysons Corner Comprehensive Plan Amendment, aims to transform the region into a walkable, green urban center that will be home to 100,000 residents and 200,000 jobs.
Panelists will provide key insights from both commercial and government, and include:

• Catherine Lewis, Branch Chief in the Zoning Evaluation Division at the Fairfax County Department of Planning and Zoning
Both LCOR and Macerich are developing mega-projects that are shaping this new landscape, and participants will hear about the challenges they have successfully overcome.
