Growing up in the Adirondack wilderness as a child, Elizabeth Patric spent many uninterrupted hours in nature, growing close with the natural dimensions of being that exist all around us. In turn, Patric learned a strong, conscious awareness of messaging that the natural world can provide. She documented her experiences and a catalog of messaging in her new book “Flowerspeak: The Flower Whisperer’s Guide to Health, Happiness & Awakening”.
“Flowerspeak” offers wisdom about how the natural world, particularly the flower, assists with our healing and expansion of consciousness. It replaces negative patterns and replaces them with inner peace, insight and ultimately a connection with the divine.
By learning to delve deeply into the world and its dimensions of being we learn to experience the deepest parts of the universe to live the most divine and happy existence. In her book, Patric provides the rules necessary to achieve this conscious awareness and shares the signs that flowers and the natural world are already telling us. Through achieving this conscious awareness, we can then understand those signs and interpret them appropriately.
“We are creations of nature and the divine creator, and we’ve been evolving along with the flowers for eons,” Patric said. “It makes sense that we can interact with nature to help us know who we are. The flowers bring us to a place of greater connection with the earth, rather than a greater separation.”
Not only used to become closer to the divine, “Flowerspeak” offers alternative healing suggestions to stay healthy. Patric’s book is a great start to learning the myriad ways to experience nature that aren’t just moving from point A to point B.
