Session to Examine How Gwinnett Utilizes New Revenue Cycle Patient Relationship Management Strategies to Influence Patient Satisfaction and Loyalty

The session is titled “How Revenue Cycle Can Change Patient Loyalty.”

This session, co-presented by Cathy Dougherty, Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management at Gwinnett Medical Center, and Steve Levin, CEO of Connance, will examine how Gwinnett Medical Center utilizes new revenue cycle patient relationship management strategies to influence patient satisfaction and loyalty, which are increasingly important for both near-term cash collection and long term revenue generation. Connance will complement Gwinnett’s experience with national survey data results regarding patient satisfaction with hospital billing.
