Branson Hilton Hotels to Operate Under New Management
Branson, MO (PRWEB) January 17, 2014 -- HCW Development Company, LLC headquartered in Branson, MO announced today it has selected a new management company to oversee the ongoing operations of its Hilton Promenade and Hilton Convention Center Hotel located in Branson Missouri. Pillar Hotels & Resorts, LLC (PHR) will take over operations as property manager beginning April 1st, 2013. PHR is one of the largest hotel management companies in the United States providing on-site management services for over 200 hotels with nearly 21,000 rooms. PHR is one of the largest managers of franchised hotels including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt Place and IHG brands.
Rick Huffman, CEO and Managing Partner of HCW, LLC said: “We are pleased to welcome PHR to the Branson community”.
PHR has been operating HCW’s Scottsdale, Arizona property. Huffman further stated: “We believe PHR has the proven expertise to assist us in maximizing resources and achieving optimal guest experience”.
The change in management does not affect the Hilton branding of either hotel. You will still see the Hilton logo on these two iconic Branson assets and both properties will continue to be marketed under the Hilton brand, according to Huffman.

HCW is currently working with the City of Branson staff and administration to ensure a mutually smooth transition to protect the integrity of the Convention Center and hotel assets.
