Her experiences include healthcare settings that range from academic medical centers, community hospitals, outpatient facilities and long term care facilities. Her clinical expertise has included a variety of radiographic procedures including CT, Vascular Radiology, Cardiac Cath, ER, and OR. During her experience as an Operations Manager and team leader, she handled many staff scheduling issues and implemented various solutions, while improving patient scheduling and staff satisfaction and decreasing overtime. Her interests include using analytical and strategic approaches to help meet goals ranging from staff levels to higher management.
