The 2014 BSM Best Channel Vendor Survey was conducted online with the assistance of Penn State University and captured the feedback of more than 2,500 active BSM subscribers. With more than 4,680 validated votes cast, the annual BSM reader’s survey shows how the IT channel’s top vendors rate across seven categories including service/support, channel friendliness, product features, product reliability, channel program, product innovation and margins. Intronis earned top marks across all categories, scoring the highest in service/support and channel friendliness.
In 2013, Intronis made significant investments to better understand, support and enable its channel partners’ success. These included the creation of its Partner Success Organization, the completion of its first State of Cloud Backup Study, and several technical and usability enhancements to its cloud backup solution such as support for virtualized environments and a new, partner-branded, customer-facing portal.
