Hopewell, VA (PRWEB) January 17, 2014
Achieving the highest possible customer satisfaction rating of 5 stars again in 2013 has earned TLC Home Health, Inc. its third consecutive Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award.
“Winning this third consecutive award means that our clients trust that we consistently provide quality customer service,” says TLC Home Health’s President and CEO Tamara Young Blow, EdD, RN, COHN-S/CM, CBM, PLNC, FAAOHN. “Receiving the highest rating for three consecutive years also means that we are responsive to resolving our customers’ complaints, issues and concerns.”
Despite winning three straight awards, TLC Home Health continually strives to improve its customer service, says Dr. Blow. “Our company operates in the spirit of continuous improvement. Based on that spirit, we are always searching for customer service programs and services that will benefit our clients,” she says.
“Recently we implemented a state-of-the-art telephony technology that monitors when caregivers arrive and depart from clients’ homes. The system works by providing immediate notification via text messages, emails and computer pop-ups to office staff and management when caregivers are late or do not report to work,” says Dr. Blow. “This technology has greatly benefited our clients because we are able to proactively manage caregivers who do not arrive to work and/or who report to work late. As an added benefit, the service was implemented without adding any additional charges to our clients.”
TLC Home Health’s mission is to provide “tender loving care with a professional touch,” says Dr. Blow, all at an affordable cost. “This mission is accomplished by treating employees and clients like family,” says Dr. Blow, “and is one of the main factors that contributed to winning consecutive customer satisfaction awards.” The culture of caring is fostered by the cohesive family atmosphere that is created by Dr. Blow. This caring culture then trickles down to the office staff, caregivers and the clients.
“I would like to thank our customers for putting their trust in us to provide personal care services for their loved ones,” says Dr. Blow. “We appreciate their confidence and patience in us as we continuously strive to be a premier personal care agency that delivers ‘tender loving care with a professional touch.’”
