Edufii Accelerates TrainingSpaces Rollout at PGA Merchandise Show
San Luis Obispo, California (PRWEB) January 16, 2014 -- Edufii, Inc., the cloud-based coaching platform and skill development network, today announced that the company will accelerate the rollout of TrainingSpaces at the PGA Merchandise Show next week with a series of partner announcements, live coaching demos, and product seminars.
The PGA Merchandise Show, the biggest week in the golf business, runs from January 21-24 in Orlando, Florida. At the show, Edufii will kick off a series of partner events and announcements:
Edufii will launch its partnership with SeeMore Putter Institute powering their new cutting-edge SPi-Cyber Coach. "Edufii is the wave of the future when it comes to coaching your students in-person, and remote,” says Ted Gallina, Director of Instruction at the SeeMore Putter Institute. Edufii CEO, Spencer Dennis, will be teaming up with Gallina to train SeeMore’s certified SPi-Cyber Coach instructors on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at the show.
Edufii will launch its partnership with Malcolm DeMille Inc. in conjunction with Nelson DeMille’s first product line on the show floor (booth 3635). Malcolm DeMille is long known as the creator of the PGA Tour’s most prized trophies and awards. The premiere of Nelson DeMille features the Edufii "ii" icon, amidst innovative design, high-tech composite materials, and deep-rooted artistry. “I am contributing to Edufii and my brother Andrew DeMille (Co-Founder, Edufii), by featuring the brand in my first product line as Nelson DeMille; a lifetime of coaching from our father made this all possible,” stated Nelson. “I’m fired up for Edufii… and the new generation of coaches, athletes, and artisans in 2014,” added Malcolm, President and Artisan at Malcolm DeMille Inc.
Edufii will also launch its partnership with the Proponent Group, the premier network of golf instructors, with a live demonstration of TrainingSpaces at the Mike Bender Academy Golf Academy, the Home of Champions, on Tuesday afternoon. An Edufii hosted cocktail reception will follow the live event. “In my 25 years in the golf instruction industry this is one of the few real game changers I’ve seen,” says Lorin Anderson, Proponent’s Founder and President. “Even after our students graduate on to college and pro tours, Edufii makes our students feel part of our Academy from thousands of miles away,” says Ben Pellicani, Head Coach at Mike Bender Elite Golf Academy. Edufii will perform this “demo day” event showcasing Edufii in action, led by Edufii’s CEO and lead Coach, Spencer Dennis.
The Future of Coaching
Edufii’s TrainingSpaces make it easy to capture technique, drills, and recaps with videos, photos, audio and text captured at the course, court, field, or gym. Feedback from leading training aids and technologies can be easily imported as well. This actionable information is instantly saved, catalogued, and shared with coach, athlete, and support team to optimize the skill development process.
While Edufii’s initial rollout targeted golf pros and academies, early adopters also include fitness and mental trainers, baseball coaches, soccer coaches and physical therapists, as outlined by Spencer Dennis on ESPN’s Living the Run (https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=OuKj5BkTzDg).
Making Tech Work for Skill Development
By providing a centralized technology ecosystem for skill development, Edufii makes coaches and athletes significantly more effective in achieving their goals. TrainingSpaces are accessible from any iPhone, iPad, or web browser and connect with other popular training, communication, and social media tools through an open API.
