With more than 4 Million monthly recommendations via its web app, today Swayy officially releases a new way to share content easily and discover more content based on the social activity.
Content recommendation is mostly familiar when reading articles (with products such of Outbrain, Taboola), commenting (Disqus), and with Facebook’s new discovery addition to the news feed.
Now, with the new Chrome extension - Swayy introduces a new generation of content discovery for social media sharing.
Using the new Chrome extension every user can simply share any link they found across the web to multiple networks, with the ability to add different text and unique link to each network.
Sharing with the smart sharing widget also provide the article author's Twitter @handle to mention in the post, as well as trending #hashtags to add in order to increase the post's reach.
In addition, the user can scheduled his/her posts for a later hour or on a specific time with a calendar.
Once sharing an article with the followers and fans, Swayy mechanism recommends more relevant content to share with the user's audience, contextually related and built upon his/her social activity.
Swayy for Chrome was highly requested from users wanted Swayy to help them with sharing content for both when suggested by Swayy as well as when they find it themselves, and keep the same experience on the Swayy dashboard and around the web.
The Chrome extension is an additional tool for the Swayy web app where social media managers, SMBs and agencies discover relevant content to share with their audience, by analyzing their social accounts.
Additional features on Swayy provide the user with past sharing analytics, trending topics within its social community and more.
Swayy was founded by Ohad Frankfurt (CEO), Lior Degani (VP Marketing), Oz Katz (CTO) and Shlomi Babluki (Chief Scientist) in March 2013, and launched on a public beta in September 2013. By now Swayy serves 20,000 social media managers, brands and agencies, recommending over 4 Million pieces of content each month.
