This year’s theme “The Future of Now” will look at our always on, always connected world and the technologies that shape our digital lives. All official events, installations and presentations will take place at the “Campus” at Highline Stages, 440 W. 15th Street, in New York City, February 17th – 21st 2014.
Social Media Week New York, powered by Nokia, will feature an all-new format to offer attendees more ways to network, collaborate, learn and interact with some of the largest digital brands and most exciting startups. The Future of Now Exhibition will showcase how technology is changing the human experience and will feature global brands, technology companies and startups to provide attendees with a deep and immersive view of what our connected lives will look like in the future. Featured installations will look at the future of data visualization, the Internet of Things, 3D printing and more.
A special Pop Up Marketplace will be constructed in conjunction with the Future of Now Exhibition to give attendees face-to-face interaction with digitally native brands through creative experiences.
Campus will also enable attendees to remain productive throughout the week via dedicated Co-Working Spaces which include work pods for taking conference calls and for group collaboration and workstations that allow people to check email and host meetings.
